Mugwort Bath

Toss sachet under warm running bath water, sink into tub and soak for 20 minutes. It can also be used as a healing foot bath by adding the sachet to a basin of very warm water and soaking feet to alleviate soreness and fatigue.

For a more potent bath, boil a single sachet in 64 ounces of water for 10-15 minutes to create a strong infusion and add to your bath.
