We want your shopping experience with NAHLA to be beautiful and indulgent. Every order is gift wrapped in our logo stamped goldenrod tissue with deluxe samples chosen just for you tucked inside.

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

Your order is dispatched from our headquarters on the coast of Maine, where our entire product collection is esthetician formulated, handmade in micro batches from scratch and shipped fresh to your doorstep.

SHIPPING

Most orders for in-stock items are shipped within 3 business days via USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL at the shipper's discretion, excluding weekends, holidays and peak ordering periods. Please allow up to a week shipping time in transit for domestic orders, depending on your location. International orders can take up to two weeks shipping time in transit due to customs and may be subject to taxes, duties and fees imposed by your country, which the purchaser/recipient is solely responsible for. We regret that we are unable to ship to post office boxes. 

SAMPLES

Our samples are portioned for 2-3 uses and intended to give a sense of scent, texture and compatibility with your skin. All samples are hand bottled in glass and available for individual purchase. We also include a selection of complimentary samples with orders for full size products.

ORDER ISSUES

Our top priority is your parcel's safe arrival. If you experience any issue with the condition your order, please contact us immediately so we can help. Damages or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and if damage has occurred, please retain the box, packaging and damaged item or items for our shipping carrier to retrieve.

RETURNS

We accept returns within fourteen days of receipt for store credit. If a product fails to meet your expectations, contact Customer Service to receive a return authorization and return shipping instructions. Please note: samples, bar soaps, body brushes or products missing more than 25% of their contents are ineligible for return. If you are new to NAHLA, we encourage you to begin with a sample order to determine a product’s suitability for your skin.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

All return and exchange activity is carefully monitored and we reserve the right to limit or refuse returns if we determine our policies are being abused. Free shipping, gifts with purchase and other offers that your order might have qualified for are only valid on orders that, less the return, still qualify for the promotion. Those that do not qualify will have the applicable discount deducted from the return before your store credit is issued. Cancelled orders and items returned unused are subject to a 25% restocking charge before store credit is issued.
