As a body oil: after bath or shower, apply to still damp skin, gently massaging in long strokes. Use daily. As a bath oil: add several pumps to warm running bath water to disperse the organic aromatherapy oils and soak for up to an hour. Use caution and take care as tub may become slippery from use.
